Step One
We will help you find the perfect personalized floor plan to meet your families needs and budget. We will work alongside of you, our draftsman and designer to create the best dream floor plan! Already have a floor plan you want to build? No problem we can do that too!
Step Two
We will sit down with our clients to go over the details of the plans to make sure we are on the same page for our budget & expectations. The plans are sent to all of our subcontractors & vendors for pricing. In the meantime we will be doing all the preliminary hard work for you, such as septic permits, ARB approvals, building permits, etc.
Step Three
One of the biggest and most import things about building a beautiful home is road appeal. Once the lot is cleared we will have the homeowners, our contractor & our site specialist come to the build site to make sure we are setting the house exactly where you want it so as to take advantage of your beautiful views,
Step Four
Building your home comes with a lot of decision making, which can be overwhelming! At T.A. Construction you will have your own designer who will keep constant communication with you to help you through every step of the process, to be sure we make this house your home!
Step Five
After construction is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough with our clients to make sure your new home is complete to their satisfaction.
